Terms and Conditions for It's A Dog's Life NZ

1. Booking and Reservations:

All bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance.

To secure a spot, a non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required.

Changes to reservations should be communicated with reasonable notice.

2. Health and Vaccinations:

All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations.

Dogs should be in good health and free from contagious illnesses.

Any special medical needs or dietary requirements should be communicated prior to the visit.

3. Behavior and Socialization:

Dogs must be well-socialized and non-aggressive towards humans and other dogs.

Aggressive behavior may result in the immediate termination of services.

Owners are responsible for informing us of any behavioral concerns.

4. Personal Belongings:

Owners should provide enough food and any necessary medications for the duration of the stay.

5. Payment:

For overnight boarding stays exceeding 3 days, a deposit of half the total amount is due at the time of booking.

The remaining half of the payment is due upon Pick up.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.

6. Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellations made with adequate notice may be eligible for refunds of the deposit.

Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.

7. Liability:

It's A Dog's Life NZ shall not be held responsible for any injuries, illnesses that may occur during the stay, including related veterinary costs.

Owners are liable for any medical expenses associated with their dog's health during the stay.

In case of an accident, owners assume responsibility for any associated expenses.

8. Emergency Care:

In the event of a medical emergency, every effort will be made to contact the owner. However, if immediate care is necessary and the owner cannot be reached, It's A Dog's Life NZ is authorized to seek veterinary care.

9. Photo and Video Consent:

Owners agree that photos and videos of their dogs taken during the stay may be used for promotional purposes unless specified otherwise.

10. Agreement and Acceptance:

By booking services with It's A Dog's Life NZ, owners acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
